Pneumatic's

Pneumatic trailers allow for the transportation of dry bulk products. These products are usually gravity loaded from overhead silos into our trailer. The product is then delivered to the customer's jobsite or plant and discharged by using pressure. Our large fleet of tractors are equipped with blowers that provide the air to create the pressure inside the trailer. Once optimum pressure is reached, valves are opened to allow the material to mix with the air to be discharged into the receiver's silo.

Products: This trailer can discharge fine powders like cement and flour, up to limestone grit and pea gravel.
Capacity: Standard capacity trailers are 570 cubic feet each, or a total of 1140 cubic feet for the set. Royal also provides larger capacity trailers for your unique product handling requirements.
System design: Royal has the experience to enhance your current system for faster deliveries.
Gravity Discharge: Our entire fleet has the capability to gravity discharge material when required through a ten-inch valve.
Silencers: To reduce the noise associated with the unloading process, trailers have inline mufflers.
Semi Trailer or Doubles: Royal has both trailer types available depending upon your needs.
